Processing While Frozen

Freezing fish immediately after harvest is sure way to ensure the safety and quality of seafood. Frozen-At-Sea fish is some of the highest quality fish available today. North Atlantic, Inc. is currently upgrading our plant's production lines to enable us to effectively process fish without thawing them, preserving both the quality of product and the convenience of being able to ship and store them while still frozen.
